Most products are shipped via USPS priority mail. Most software products are Downloads, customers will be provided downloads links. Special circumstances might require special handling, please contact us with any questions or about making special arrangements.

NOTE: As an online store with a distributed location model, we do not have an in-office pick-up option for hardware products. However, if you are located in the Silicon Valley area and order before 3PM, you will most likely receive the shipment via USPS the next day.

NOTE: Orders will be processed manually and a final invoice, and (if applicable) software licensing instructions and shipment tracking information, will be sent to the email address you enter after the order is processed, typically within 24 hours and usually much less.

We do not generally accept Purchase Orders with Net-XX terms, as we have had experiences with non-payment. We accept payments made by credit card through the secure web server on this site, or via a check drawn on a reputable USA Bank. You may enter a PO# when you check out, and we will reference that on the invoice.
